"These days we often hear touted the importance of being in the present moment. We're told that the now is all that exists and if we're not here Now then we're not really living. This makes much sense to me, from the help of resources of TAF, BTS, and personal experiences and findings.
I had come to find myself distracted by thoughts about the future, or replaying past experiences in my mind. Whether they're productive or unproductive, thoughts can cause static in the mind.
I enjoy meditation because not only does it teach me the discipline of continuation but it rewires my brain to be more positive. That's right! - From breathing exercises to relaxation by visualization techniques, it helps me discover the silence inside the noise everyday!
